    • Application Requirements

    The Medical Certificate is a mandatory requirement to hold an Aviation Licence or Certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Authority.

    Guidance Notes

    Workflow:

    1.Application: The applicant submits the assessment form to an AeMC (Aero-Medical Centre) or AME (Aviation Medical Examiner) of their choice.

    2.Review: The AeMC/AME reviews the submission and schedules an appointment with the applicant for the assessment. The AME performs the assessment, completes the medical evaluation form, attaches all supporting documentation (e.g., lab reports), and submits the package to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) for final decision-making CAA.

    3.Decision: The CAA Medical Assessors review the submitted assessment and supporting documents and verify if the CAR is achieved. The CAA will only confirm approval and the validity of the Medical Certificate when it is satisfied that all regulatory requirements have been satisfactorily addressed.

    • A recent photo with a blue background 4x4 front passport.
    • Passport and visa copy
    • SODA letter (where applicable)
    • Special Issuance letter (where applicable)
