    Anyone over 15 years of age.

    Guidance Notes

    1-Application: The holder of the Medical Certificate submits the Medical Condition Report voluntarily and directly to one of the following:

    • The Aeromedical Centre (AeMC)
    • The Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) of their choice, or 
    • Directly to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
    • The report must be accompanied by all available medical documents and reports.

    2- Review: The Aeromedical Centre or the approved Aviation Medical Examiner reviews the report and may conduct an initial assessment or request additional information if necessary. The report is then submitted to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) for final review.

    3- CAA Decision: Medical officers at the Authority examine the case to determine whether the medical condition requires temporary restrictions, suspension, or withdrawal of the Medical Certificate. The certificate holder is officially notified of the decision outcome.
