Workflow:
- Application: The organization submits a formal reinstatement application along with a written justification explaining the reason for lapse, suspension, or revocation, and the corrective actions taken. This must be accompanied by the updated DAMP Manual and supporting documents.
- Review: The CAA reviews the justification and submitted materials to verify resolution of previous non-compliance and overall readiness to proceed.
- Facility Evaluation: Upon acceptance, the organization proceeds with implementation of the program, including facility setup and preparation for the next phase.
- Audit Inspection: The CAA conducts an on-site inspection of the facility to ensure conformance with CAR-99 and the approved manual.
- CAA Decision: Based on the review and inspection outcomes, the CAA approves or rejects the reinstatement. If approved, the organization must proceed to submit nominated personnel details through the Reinstatement (Nominated Personnel) service.
