This is an application to voluntary surrender a previously issued Drugs and Alcohol Management Plan Approval held by a Nominated Personnel.

    Workflow:

    1- Application: 

    Organization submits a formal cancellation request for the target Nominated Personnel with justification.

    2- Review: 

    CAA confirms the request is voluntary and checks for any unresolved audits or pending actions.

    3- CAA Decision: 

    Approval status is marked as cancelled in the CAA system and a formal notice is issued.
