Workflow:

1- Application: 

The applicant submits a request for replacement directly to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), providing a written justification along with any supporting evidence (e.g., a police report for loss, or a photo of the damaged certificate).

2- Review:

The CAA reviews the submitted request and supporting documents to verify if the Civil Aviation Regulations (CAR) requirements are met.

3- Decision: 

The CAA will confirm the replacement and validity of the Medical Certificate only when all regulatory requirements have been satisfactorily addressed.

4- Collection: 

The reissued Medical Certificate will be available for collection at the CAA Oman.

Required documentation:

• A recent photo with a blue background 4x4 front passport.
• Passport and visa copy
• Supporting documentation for the justification of replacement (e.g., damage evidence or loss report)
